William Henry ( Bill ) Maki Jr, 41 , of Roanoke, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 4, 2006. He attended the US Service Academy at West Point. Bill was predeceased by his grandparents, William and Dorthoy Maki and his maternal grandparents, Chester and Frances Rogenski. Surviving are his parents, William H Maki Sr and Flora Rogenski Maki: brother Danial Maki of Roanoke: sister, Dorothy Kimberlin and husband, Chris of Vinton: nephew, Christopher Kimberling:aunt, Joy Durst and husband, Leonard of New Jersey, Janet Waters and husband, Darrell of Pleasanton, CA and Lynn Warrn and husband, Robert of Murfressboro NC, uncles, Thomas Rogenski of Hartford, CT and Chester Rogenski of Bozrah CT and several cousins. Funeral services will be at 12 noon on Wedensday, June 7, 2006, at Oakeys North Chapel, Pastor David Derrick of St Phillips Lutheran Church will officiate. Interment will be in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. The Family will Receive friends from 6 - 9 pm on Tuesday at Oakeys North Chapel.
