I love geneology, putting my thoughts on paper..tromping thru old cemeteries, staying informed politically...very conservative & the list goes on! Update...May 7, 2011 I will be back in the political arena...state delegate to the SC Republican Party Convention...it sure does feel good

I live on a farm ...as Jane Blackmon(my BFF from 7th grade & we're still attached @ the hip) said..."well you might live on a farm & work in the dirt, but I bet what you have on matches & you have your make up on"....she's exactly right!!!...The biggest surprise is probably that I teach Intercessory Prayer & thank GOD for all the situations he allowed me to experience to get there....also Carol Costner & Joy Plyler married my cousins..Eddie Pittman & Freddie Adams!

football games & the wonderful Bearcat band..it has never been the same...the lifelong friends I made along the way.

leaving school....thru my own stupidity & the desire to grow up way too fast.......I missed out on alot & thru the years have regretted many decisions I made at that time.....but still the learning process & life goes on! Oh & being sent to the office to have my mini skirts measured...which I also had an offer from Larry Fields & Lex Fewell to do the same.....something Mrs Fewell did not find quite so amusing!

married 40 years, raised 2 children...past president Lewisville Athletic Booster Club...politically active since 1980's ..5th dist chairman/Henry McMaster US senate race, 5th district chairman/Jack Kemp presidential race, 5th district chairman/David Beasley gov race..active Christian Coalition... met so many interesting people..appointed Inaugural committee/Gov.David Beasley 1995...love being informed...lost my Daddy in 1994 to cancer & Mama passed in March 2016 ..lost my husband August 2 ,2011.
my baby brother Johnny Kay passed May13 2023 ..... life sure has changed..I'm thankful to be blessed with wonderful children & grandchildren . I have a full life knowing who I am as a christian & not ashamed to share it ...GLAD TO PART OF THE CLASS OF 1970
