My husband and I have been married twice. The lst time for 11 years and this time for 15 years. He recently had a stroke that left him bed ridden last Aug. We have 15 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter. We live in Loveland, Co. we have lived in California at one time and my husband's relatives mostly live there. I worked for WTVO after graduation for a couple of years, Rockford library, Rockwell International, TRW. Really loved all my jobs pretty much. It is nice getting together with people I haven't seen in years. I see some are gone. Too bad! The ones I knew or remember were really nice people.
School Story:

I remember dancing in the lunch room, I believe it was at Wilson Jr. High. Remember one of my friends married our school teacher at Auburn.

How did you end up living where you live now?

Husband lived in California, but graduated from CSU in Boulder. He came one Christmas to visit his kids and we met at a party. I moved to California and then my father got really sick and elderly and needed help and he lived in Colorado. So we moved so I could take care of my step-mother and father before they passed. My husband worked at Xerox Corp. in California, after 25 years with the company, he moved here with me.

Hi Cheri. I don't know if you remember me but I'm Donna Wenck Fujikawa. It's been a long time. I'm friends with many of our classmates. Sure would like to be your friend too. My husband and I live in Colorado. He had a stroke about 9 yrs. old and I am his caretaker. He graduated in 1964 from CU in Boulder. I, also, have Parkinsons, not much fun but I manage. I was just asking about her and how she was doing.  Sorry to hear of her passing, but God will watch

over her now.  She is without pain.  So sorry for the families loss.  I've known Sally since kindergarten. Long

So sorry to hear of the passing of Penny Strand Shockley.  I haven't seen her since high school (1964), but always sad to lose a classmate.  May she RIP. It was fun! Memories!!
