At this point in  time, the number doesn't matter.  Just keep having another one each year.  We have earned each and every one.

Happy Birthday, Jean Stariha.  For some reason it is not a surprise that you were a teacher, a most noble profession.  You always had a kind heart and a grade school teacher needs one of those.  I hope your birthday is spent with those you love.

Happy Birthday Cheryll, putter extraordinaire and comfortable partner.   You and Bob were both such good company.   I hope to see you and Bob at the golf outing this year, if not to golf, at least to socialize.

Happy Birthday to all my fellow April celebrants!  For some reason I failed to recall that Phil's birthday was in April as well....I'm sure age has something to do with it!  May this one be one of your best!

Thanks for all the happy birthday comments!

Pat

Pat, what does Phil's age have to do with your memory??  Inquiring minds want to know.

Merry unbirthday to the rest of us.

Dear friends,

Bill and I just returned home after 7:00 Holy Thursday Mass, I was reminded of Fr. Coughlin washing the feet "of the Apostles".Choirs singing, walking around the altar rail and up into the balcony. I have to say I was a bit tearful for a moment, filled with nostalgia, so many warm memories of our years together.

Wishing you and your families a blessed and Happy Easter. Xoxo Mary Jo

Thanks for the birthday wishes.  I had a great day!  The dock is already in at the cottage and we are just waiting for a break in the weather to begin another summer at our beautiful lake.  Thanks for the compliments, Mike, at least my putter was working that day.  Happy Easter and blessings to all my fellow classmates!

Happy belated birthday, Cheryll!  Happy Easter, everyone!  Mary Jo,  thanks for bringing back the memories.  Those were the wonder years for sure!  I was watching a sappy Hallmark Chanel movie last week, and this Paris trained chef was working at an Inn in Vermont and decided to cook one of his grandma's French meat pies for the guests.   It is called "Tortiere."  Well, that just happens to be one of my Mom's recipes served at Christmas time when friends stop by.  I started crying when he named the dish.  I miss her 😢

Thanks for the birthday wishes.  Sooooo happy to be having another one.  Barbara's birthday is two days after mine.  This year we decided that our gift to each other is to take our daughters and grand daughter out to dinner.

You know your are getting a  little long in the tooth when you look at the sign behind the liquor counter and it says you must have been before this date in 1996 and realize you have a 50 year cushion on that date.

Happy birthday Dave and Dick Dave they still ask for my ID, or is it the cops

Tom,

I in a Rite Aid just before Easter and the clerk did ask for ID.  She told me they have to ask everyone.  They must have been caught selling to a minor.  White hair isn't always good enough.

Happy Birthday to Dave a Jim and Barbara. May this be your best upcoming year to keep you all healthy, wealthy and as wise as we can be at this age.

Stay safe.

Every time I get my scotch at Rite Aid and they ask for my ID, I always thank them. I know I don't look old enough. (I wish)

Not sure if our illustrious class president reads any of our posts, but another of our male classmates has an April birthday!  Happy Birthday, Jim.  Wish we knew how things are going with you.  We'd love to hear from you!  Has anyone heard from Mary Ann Shirk?  It's been a long time since she has posted anything.

And also Happy Birthday to Cheryl , Dick and Phil !  Spring weather is here along with storms and winds and I so  want to put those bedding plants in but will wait a couple more weeks .  Drove down to  Lake of the Ozarks last weekend to check everything out .  It was a big Bass Tournament weekend so the outlet mall and wallyworld was packed !  I didn't care I was working on watercolours while there, I love this time of the season when I can reflect on the past year and smile because all is well in my heart as I drive down there and cross the wide Missouri twice in St Charles and again in Jefferson City and glance at the Capital's reflection on the River.  When I put all the boat gear and lake stuff away in the Autumn , I pause to ask the Lord to let me be back in the Spring because hokey is it sounds, it's my favorite place to be .  I am truly a simple person !
