R. bARRY Walson
I knew Rendow well. We use to play chess and was rare if I ever won. He taught classes at Sacramsnto City College and wrote several outstanding books on architecture. His wife Heddy still resides in Sun City, I believe. He was a good friend.

we were neighbors, along with David Lum, and grew up together. Rendow was an amazing individual. He was known among his classmates as being exceptionally smart, but he was also a great artist with a great imagination. He showed me drawings he made of furturistic concept cars when he was only 14 years old. They looked like what the Corvette and Lamborgini look like today. Amazing imagination he had.
