Comments:

Life has been good. I work hard and play harder (no surprise). After graduating from UCSB, I got married to Page and moved to SF to get my teaching credential at SF State. BC (before children), I taught 8th grade in a Chinese school commuting to SF from Walnut Creek which was an incredible experience professionally but pretty dumb financially since I had no retirement. (Now I will be working till I am 90.) We played for 11 years, each year traveling to Europe or Asia and scuba diving in the Carribean as much as we could afford. Then there were kids. I was a house mom for 9 years. Then Page got a wonderful offer with Kodak to manage the Americans in high speed imaging in San Diego, and we moved. I LOVE Southern California! Poway is called the country in the city and has a rural feel but is 30 minutes from San Diego and the beach. I have been teaching 6th grade math/science for 13 years in an amazing school district. Sadly, the Kodak division closed and Page has been in the high tech rollercoaster for a few years. The Swiss company he works for now has sales meetings in Europe which is fun to tag along on. This year we went wine tasting in Burgundy and the company held their meeting in a spa/resort in the Alps. I played trophy wife for a week! I am lucky cause my boys have grown up into great adults, and we really enjoy them. My parents at 87 are still doing great and traveling. Page and I celebrated our 36th wedding anniversary-how can that be when I am still 25? Life would be perfect if we could just retire. Until then I vow to live every day with a smile and a laugh. Can't wait to see you all at the reunion.
