Shaker Heights High School
Class Of 1965

Welcome to the Shaker Heights High Class Of 1965 web site.

On Saturday, 9/24/22 Sandy and I had the honor and privilege to attend the dedication of The Glick Center at MetroHealth in Cleveland. This was made possible by Bob and JoAnn's 42 million dollar gift.

This will allow MetroHealth to greatly advance its mission to provide quality care to those in our county that most need it and often have trouble accessing it.

Bob's 400+ store chain, DOTS which he sold in 2011, provided affordable fashion and quality service ("Friends Dressing Friends" was their motto) to areas where it had never been readily available. The Glicks decided that they would use their fortune to continue to help these same people with Health Care.

We were taught at SHS that while we should work to become successful, we should strive to better our communities and help those less fortunate than us. I don't think their is any better example of this than Bob and JoAnn Glick
