Pete was one of my close friends during my junior high and high school days. Pete was a good guy. I did not know until last week that Pete had died, so of course, I did not attend his visitation. I very much regret this. Pete's obituary STILL has not been published in the Shelbyville Times-Gazette. I last saw Pete at the fifty-fifth class reunion about two and a half years ago. Pete looked fine. I do not know from what medical issue Pete died. But, the simple fact is that we are all now at least seventy-five years of age. My condolences to his family. Those of us who know Jesus Christ as our Savior, we will see Pete again.
