Since 1980, I served a 5yr tour in the Navy. I was stationed @ Great Lakes, IL; Long Beach, CA; and San Diego, CA. While in the service I visited Hawaii, the Philippines, Korea, and Australia. After the service, I moved to Phoenix for a few years before finally moving to Tucson, where I now live. Hobbies include hiking, photography, and travel. Over the past few years I've been to Anchorage and the surrounding area. I did a cross country road trip and stopped @ numerous places along the way. I've done a couple of trips to D.C. ( Best time to go. First week of school. The weather is still nice, but the crowds have left. ) Last year I made it to Yellowstone, and Hawaii. Earlier this year, I did a 4 day tour of the Navajo Reservation. Canyon de Chelle, Monument Valley, and Antelope Canyon. In addition to being a hobby, I make a little extra money with the photography as freelance. I've had a couple of displays here in Tucson, and have sold several prints. I mostly do scenery and wildlife, but I occasionally photograph people as well.
