In April, 2014, my reading group went to the Smithsonian National Museum of American History to see the Camilla's Purse exhibit. Camilla Gottlieb was a Jewish Austrian who survived the Holocost and ended up in Maryland. Her family discovered documents revealing the interesting story of her imprisonment and survival in her purse after she died. I was so surprised to recognize pictures of Harvey in the exhibit because he was her grandson! Wishing peace for Harvey and his family. http://americanhistory.si.edu/documentsgallery/exhibitions/camilla/
