LUCILLE WAS IN MY INTERIOR DECORATING CLASS AND WE HAD A FINAL PROJECT TO DO SO WE STAYED UP ALL NIGHT AND JUST CUT THINGS OUT OF MAGAZINES, WE HAD NO IDEA WHAT WE WERE DOING, AND OF COURSE WE TOOK A BREAK AND WENT UP AND DOWN TWEEDY BLVD AND GOT SOME BEER!!! PAT GILLIAM WAS THERE TOO,HAVING A SENIOR MOMENT AS TO THE 4TH PERSON WAS. ANYWAY WE ENDED UP GETTING A PASSING GRADE!!!! SHE WENT WITH STEVE HOPPLE FOR A WHILE IN HIGH SCHOOL, I THINK WE DOUBLE DATED A COUPLE OF TIMES. GREAT FUN AND LOTS OF MEMORIES TO CHERISH. SO SORRY TO SEE A ROSE BY YOUR NAME, MAY YOU REST IN PEACE MY FRIEND!!!!!!!!!!!!
FORGOT TO ADD THIS, LUCILLE SOLD ME HER SENIOR RING,I LET TIME SLIP BY I GUESS, THE RING WAS LATER STOLEN WHEN OUR HOME WAS ROBBED!!! WISH I STILL HAD IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We had so much fun in South Gate.We met at St Emydius in the 5th grade went on to Junior High and High School.Remember all the pool partys we had and pretending we wer singing in the mirror stealing your Dads whiskey.Playing hide and seek with all the kids in the neighbord.I have tried to find you so many times with no luck.That was the good old days.MISS YOU your friend Jo-Ann
I forgot to mention....Lucille and I took a road trip in 1965; drove her blue Nova all the way to Victoria, BC, Canada. The riots started in L.A. while we were gone and Lucille was crazy thinking she was missing all the fun. We sure had a lot of fun on that trip. Bill and I have driven that same route a few times and I always remember the drive with Lucille.
