June 26, 2010 School Reunion Program

1.  12:00 Noon - school tour. Meet at north door next to parking lot of school

2.  1:30 PM - gather at Lindbrook Hall

• guest book, registration and name tags by Karen and Marj
• hand out ballot to vote for "who has changed the least"
• memorabilia table
• informal visiting

3.  3:00 PM - start of formal part of afternoon

• gather everyone together - welcome by Gordon and introduction of Bill as Emcee 
• invite everyone to give a 30 second (maximum) introduction of themselves
• mixer activities (trivia game) led by Elaine and Milo
• informal visiting

4.  5:00 PM - "choir practice"

• Elaine and Gordon have put together a medley of 3 familiar (hopefully) songs that we can practice up pretty quickly. Accompaniment to be by keyboard and guitar 

5.  6:00 PM - dinner

• introduction by Bill
• reminder for those who have not paid to pay Elaine
• grace (medley of songs done by "the choir")
• meal served by Margaret Stutzman

6.  Evening program led by Bill

• thank caterer
• recognition and moment of silence for those who have passed on and who are currently ill - by Bill. Karen may have a reading which she will do at this time 
• Elaine delivers her original validictorian speech (complete with dress and glasses she wore .... and maybe even a nice brown wig to cover up the grey hair)
• presentation of prize to "person who has changed the least"
• provide details of using surplus money to sponsor an award for the Tofield School Fall awards ceremony - by Bill
• other ..... We have a one year subscription to the website so it will stay active until November. We will post reunion pictures there
• closing comments by Bill
