Our class website was down from about October 2015 until early February 2016.  When it was reactivated, our former root admin was replaced by Jerry Germonprez and Cheryl Brooks White. 

We will do our best to keep you informed of class happenings, and ask that you help us out by notifying us of anything pertaining to our class that should be posted on this site. 

Jerry will post messages about upcoming events, such as our 70th birthday celebration in September.  Cheryl will add obits to the memory page.  You can help by letting us know if you change your e-mail address so we can reach you.

ALL THS "64" CLASSMATES;   Host hotel for the reunion is the Ramada Inn Downtown, 420 SE 6th Ave.  Contact Ramada Inn Downtown directly at 785-234-5400 for the block room rate for the THS Class of 1964 Reunion.  BLOCK ROOM RATE EXPIRES FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 20, 2019   The 55th Class Reunion Activities are:  A casual mixer featuring light hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar will be held on Friday evening, October 11th at the Ramada Inn Downtown in Jefferson Hall.  Registration will begin at 5:30 p.m.  Begin Saturday, October 12th with complimentary cinnamon rolls, juice and coffee at 9:00 a.m. in the THS cafeteria.  Then tour Topeka High School, taking time to see Topeka High Historical Society and the Hall of Fame rooms. A buffet dinner with background music, dance and cash bar are scheduled for Saturday evening at the Ramada Inn Downtown in the Grand Ballroom.  Registrtion will begin at 6:00 p.m. with dinner starting at 6:30 p.m. A memorial tribute to our deceased classmates will be at 7:30 p.m.   Class pictures will be taken at 8;00 p.m.  The photographer will take picture orders and payment with cash or check during Saturday evening registration and after the photos are taken.  Cost of the class picture will be $20 for an 8x10, which includes postage.  Indiviidual Jr. High pictures will also be taken.  If you wish to obtain one of the Jr. High pictures, there is an additional cost of $7.50 for a 5x7 and $10 for an 8x10.  The dance will be from 9-10:30 p.m.  The cost of the reunion is $55 per person and $110 per couple.  The deadline for reunion reservation and payment is SEPTEMBER 18, 2019.  Please make checks payable to THS Class of 1964 Reunion, c/o Jerry & Sharon Germonprez, 1230 NW 35th, Topeka, Ks. 66618  We can be reached at germ101@cox.net or 785-286-0504.  We hope you can attend.

As much as I really wanted to connect with everyone at the reunion thgis year, I won't be able to because I am running for office in Crete Township for Crete Township Democratic Committee-person 8th Precinct. I am also runing for Delegate to the Democratic Convention of 2019 in Milwaukee, Wisc. This is going to take up a lot of time. I will certainly miss connecting with old friends form my High School years.

THS "64" CLASSMATES; Topeka High School Homecoming is this FRIDAY, October 18, 2019.  The Homecoming Assembly starts at 1 p.m. in the high school auditorium and our class is welcome to attend.  The Homecoming Parade will follow the assembly at approximately 2 p.m.  Line up for the parade will be on the east side of Topeka High School for those classmates & guests who are able and want to walk or you can drive your own car in the parade.  Come join us and WEAR YOUR  '55"TH CLASS REUNION PICTURE NAMETAGS!  Hope to see you there!   Jerry & Sharon Germonprez
