I have many fond memories of Linda. She was always upbeat and kind. I was delighted when she won Miss Teenage Tucson. There were a few other girls who were finalists - and while I would have liked to have seen any of them win, Linda seemed humble and surprised. How refreshing. Condolences to her family.

Welcome from another '65er! Partially inspired by you, I own six pairs of red socks.
Tommy (as I knew him back when) Thompson and I were friends in 7th grade at Townsend. He was funny and an advocate for me. I didn't see much of him after that; but when he was 13, he was a fine friend. RIP.
I hope you can make it to the 55th, too! It'll be great to see you and Betsy again after all these years. Your son resembles you so much!
Happy Birthday, Mr. President!
It's been about 35 years since Charlotte's sudden and shocking death. She was someone I admired so very much. She was way smarter than me, but considerably more approachable than the other folks in her smarts category. She always gave the impression that she cared and that she enjoyed your company. She embodied the best in our class.
That annoying message again about updating. Our son, Ben, is getting married in Hong Kong. We'll be going for it in April; then they'll have another ceremony on our home turf in July. In case anybody cares . . .
I'm sorry to read about Steve. He was a fun and friendly person. I was priviledged to have my first job at the Imperial Hotel as a desk clerk at age 18. Steve and his siblings, Susan and Jeff, were there that summer as well. We had some great times. His parents were my bosses; they were very patient. The whole family was generous and gracious. I have very fond memories.
