Below is the information to get to Connie (Halstead) Williams' son Kobe's website. Kobe was a victim of Shaken Baby Syndrome when he was only 28 days old. Connie and her husband Ross became Kobe's foster parents when Kobe was just 8 weeks old. Kobe is now 9 years old and Connie and Ross adopted Kobe when he was just over a year old. Kobe is ventilator and feeding tube dependent, is quadraplegic, has seizures and doesn't speak, but he's a joy in their lives and to everyone else who meets him. There are regular updates to the website and photo gallery.
