Gordon,
Thanks again for taking the lead and getting things done! It's much appreciated!

P.S. Should we have a golf outing the day before the reunion?

Who is organising the 30 year reunion? It's a very long way for me to come. Thinking about it...

Hey guys, just found this site last night & registered. Looking forward to meeting up with all of you in 2009. Please let me know what's needed for registration for the reunion and I'll send it along. If there's a job or something I can do from here, let me know and I'll help make things happen. (Just retired, not too much on the go besides fixing up a house.)

Thinking about Rami's idea about a golf game, it hsould be fun if enough get on board. Anything regarding the cost of the Arbutus Club for the night or further prep work to get ahold of others from teh grad class?

After 27 yrs in the "Travel Alberta" program with the RCMP, I finally realized that I'm no longer immortal, I don't recover as quickly as I used to & I can't be Peter Pan forever. (Tights and hat no longer fit...) I'm able to retire with everything bur our house paid for & my pension that ensures we only eat Alpo every second week. I live in Medicinde Hat, a place that has more sunlight & less winter than anywhere else in Alberta, taxes and cost of living are quite a bit lower than other cities out here. True, I don't have the ocean besider me, but I've learned to relish it when I see it.

As far as organizing the Golf tourney goes, I'd be glad to give a hand but I'm not too sure which courses will be close or best for our purposes. If you guys can decide on the course, I'll make whatever arrangements on logistics that I can do from this end. Just task me with things and I'll get them done!

Hey guys and girls,
We'll most probably be posting the info about a friendly golf game on the website for those interested in playing a round on the Friday(?). Have yet to sort out who will organize it and the location. I guess it depends on how many want to play. We're also thinking of doing a casual get together that night, too. Sort of a pre-reunion reunion/apres golf soiree' thing because judging from past reunions we don't always get the chance to talk to everyone in one night, especially the out-of-town people. Everyone is welcome whether they are golfing or not......any ideas??

Dear Nic,
In regards to the golf, for the time being we just need to keep a running list of those who are definitly interested in playing and then decide at a later date on which course and time. It will be a lot easier if you have a fairly accurate head count. I would recommend having a drop dead registration date of May 1st,then start making all the arrangements.
If you need someone to keep track of those who are interested I would be more then glad to do it.
Let me know?
