Debbie -What a great job! I look forward to the reunion - in fact my husband and I are going to "visit" Venice within the next couple of weekends so he can see where some of my "roots" are. He is from England, but his children live here in New Port Richey.

Debbie, this is great, I can't wait to see everyone at the reunion. It seems so strange to me that it has been 40 yrs. WOW WE ARE GETTING UP THERE!!
It is great to hear about the class of 1970.

I absolutely love this site. What a great way to honor our class. It is the most interesting thing but then I love history anyway and we have all made some of our own. Can't wait for the reunion! Thanks to all who are participating in this site for the great memories and the fellowship.

I think we are missing some Atlanta folks. I seem to remember that Leslie Grove, Marsha Fields Carpenter and Linda Harn all lived there. I'm going to call John Sleasman in St. Pete and try to get him signed in. What great progress we've made in a short time.

Hey Wolfer if you're looking for the class with no class - I'd start with the prison system!

I think some of our classmates DO NOT want to be located. I have tried to hook up a few and was just ignored. Oh well not my loss.

Well I'll be darned...we have a few of us chatting it up on this page! We're still getting a few more each month. SHS 40th reunion is in April. They have just as many signed up for their class reunion as we do, but they were a much larger school. Just goes to show VHS knows how to party!

Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas with your family and friends. For some of us, we will have full houses and a table overflowing with homebaked goods and food to feed an army. While you are at the table, take the time to look at your family- and smile! We have worked hard to raise our children and now many of us have joined the club. That's the grandparents club and it's awesome. Hold those you love close to you- time is slipping away- or, perhaps we are getting older?? Nah, it's the time thing!

I HOPE EACH AND EVERYONE HAS A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A SAFE AND HAPPY NEW YEAR, YES LETS ALL HOLD OUR LOVED ONES CLOSE, ALL LITTLE AND BIG. LETS BE THANKFUL FOR WHAT WE HAVE AND HOW WE GOT IT. OUR GRANDCHILDREN, CHILDREN, AND TO THOSE OF US WHO STILL HAVE OUR PARENTS.
MY MOM WILL BE 95 IN APRIL, SO THIS WILL BE A SPECIAL CHRISTMAS FOR US. WE WILL MISS MY SON BEING HOME, I WILL ASK FOR EACH OF YOU TO PRAY FOR ALL OF OUR SERVICE MEN AND WOMEN WHO WILL NOT BE HOME WITH THEIR FAMILIES, WHO ARE SERVING IN THE MIDDLE EAST.
GOD BE WITH ALL OF THEM.
CAN'T WAIT TO SEE ALL IN THE COMING YEAR.

You might be right Andie, never new our class could be so quiet. Its been in the teens and 20s for so long I forget what it feels like to sweat.Right now we have about 15 in. of snow on the ground. Wish it was sand. If it were possible I'd take the beach and hot weather anyday. Enjoy your weather.
