Janis Ann (Jan) Dirickson (Marshall)
Carla I do remember that time. I have the whole family eating baked potatoes that way.
Poor Steve, dumped by Rhea,I think we changed boyfriends/girlfriends like we change underwear now, (not sure we were that diligent back then).
All I'll say about JP's habit is "he must have scratched his brain a time or two".
Who was the teacher who had been a milk delivery man before becoming a teacher. He was so fond of Shirley. I really didn't like him and he didn't like me. But like I said, he was fond of Shirley. But it does it still bother me, no, well maybe a little. The worm.
Do any of you remember the play? I don't remember what year it was how old I was but I was in it, were any of you? We had to be in high school. I wore a blonde wig and when I came on stage no one recognized me. My two annuals,"66" and "69" have no mention of the play.
Remember the chili feed (Will Rogers) then there was the Holloween carnival. The spook house and the dunk tank, the football toss thru the tire. Were any of you dunked? I think I was.
Bruce, I had forgotten about your little sister. After Judy described her I remembered what a cute kid she was. I loved your older sisters they were always so nice to me when I was hanging around.
Steve, it made me very sad to hear of your parents passing. Your dad at so young of age, and your mom not so long ago, they were just the best people.
All of us were very lucky to have the parents we have/had, and for the most part they were/are really good people. Not like a lot of families today. Strict isn't really a bad idea. I subbed in resource today, that's why I'm in this strange mood. Thank you God, I was afraid of my parents. Respect+fear=better children. OH yeah, with a whole lot of love thrown in. Later my friends.
