Received B.A. from American University in 1975.
Worked news desk at ABC News, Washington Bureau for three years; then worked as press liaison/spokesperson for federal agencies including the National Endowment for the Humanities; U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission; and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). I've been a member of the Press Services staff at FERC since 1980. Hope to retire soon after my son graduates from Rensselaer in 2012!
