"Senior Class Goes on Day's Outing"

The Senior Class of ’64, Mountain High School, spent an entertaining and enjoyable day at the Pocmont, Bushkill, Pa., on June 22, as a part of their Commencement Week activities. The class left the school grounds at 8 a.m. in four chartered buses and returned at 2:30 a.m. The day’s activities included swimming, golfing, tennis, horseback riding, and other recreational activities. An informal lunch was enjoyed at noontime and the evening included a dinner-dance in the ballroom.
Bernard Wishnia, senior, was the student chairman of the trip and sponsors of the class were Miss Gail Moritz, Mrs. Elizabeth Olsen and William Shapiro. Other faculty members accompanying the class included Mrs. Ruth Dorner, Mrs. Dorothy Newhouse, Miss Mary Etta Curlis, Miss Beverly Timins, Miss Lailoni Janczecki, Miss Marian Gazsik, Rolin Graessle, Darlington Kulp, Harry Johnson, Harry Fields and Bruce Berrian.
