I have warm memories of you though nothing specific. Do you have a family? Though I think of myself as a person on the fringe of the "in group" I enjoy reconnecting as I have with the 46th and 50th reunion.
I wouild enjoy to visit if/when you are in the NYC area since I doubt I will be in N Virginia.. I prob will be in Virgina Beach in the fall.
My work for 46 yrs is to help people with life insurance, buisiness planning and now estae planning and 3 dimensional wealth planning in my Semi Retirement.
I have three daughters and three grandchildren. The third daughter probably is getting married in a yr and creating one or two more grand kids.
My older grandson is on the spectrum, very high performing academically and doing better socially and with coordination which were his challenges.
I do volunteer work with an organization that employs your adults with autism, so I recognize a little of your "pain"
Peter I hope you will be in NY and I can buy you dinner or you can visit at my home in Roslyn. I never escaped LI though my two older daughters live in LA and S Diego and my youngest is in a foreign country call Brooklyn.
All the best

I am so glad you will be coming. It is fun to remember when you worked in Hempstead near the apt where Karen Shore and I lived.
Karen and I separated/divorced in '83 and I met my current wife a few yrs later. Laura and I are married 25+ yrs.
I still live on LI, though for this wk we are in Ca where my two older daughters live in LA and Oceansde (near SD-Camp Pendleton)
Karen is good and doing well and living in LA too. We have 3 grandkids in Ca.
I am very lucky. Life is very good.
I am working with Bob K, Lloyd G, Marcia F Ed F and others on the reunion. Lot of fun.
Bob is dong a great job quarterbacking this for our class.
Hope you will attend the Bar BQ and other activities too so there is time to catch up.
Do you have grandkids? I assume you would be a wonderful Grandpa !
All the best to you !

The thought of a 50 year reunion is getting very exciting. Though I have never lived more than 7 miles from my home in Westbury my two older daughters live in Encino Ca and Oceanside Ca-it is the place that does not have Nathans :-(.
I have three grandchildren in Ca aged 10,7 and 3. I try to get out there often.
My favorite teachers were Miss Price-grade 2/3, Mr Korber in Bio who told us "don't go thru life with fecal filters on" and Mr Marino who would dismiss us early from Calculus class and tell us to walk down the hall backwards so no one would notice where we were coming from.
What are your favorite teacher memories?
Hope all of you are good and if traveling to Westbury have a safe trip in Sept.
