frank was my neighbor and friend from kindergarten through highschool. we walked to school together every day in elementary school and later rode with tuffy mayer in his jeep until bill spangler got a car and then we rode with bill. i got into all my best childhood trouble with frank.
in his later, sometimes troubled, years we remained in sporadic contact via email. he remained a good friend and i still have many fond memories of our time together. may he rest in peace.

Frank and I roomed together at Butler County CC, he could deffently get you on the wrong path real quick.
Frank was a good friend and someone that you wanted to be around with because he really cared about people
and how they felt about him, he would literly give you the shirt off his back. I will miss Frank.
