Phillip “Phil” Wayne Speaks passed away on October 16, 2023 at the age of 68.Phillip is preceded in death by his loving wife of 35 years, Patsy Watson Speaks, his sister Kate Purvis, and sister-in-law Donna Speaks. He is survived by his daughters Allison (Dave) Burck, Bethany (Ryan) Speaks, son Mark Speaks, and grandchildren Robby and Hank. In addition, he leaves behind his siblings Don Speaks and John (Sheila) Speaks.
