08/05/11 3:26 PM In the help forums, if you say reply, you will be responding to the a message on the thread you are looking at. If the message is several messages before your current one, it might be confusing who you are replying to. You can do a Quoted Reply on the message you want to address and it will put the message all in a [QUOTE] tag, so it will display differently in the forums and those that read the forums will know the context of your reply.
