We are sorry to announce that The Ship Pub is no longer in business.  It has been sold and is now closed, we believe for complete renovation.  However, not to worry!  Your hosts have found another venue that we believe will be even better.

The Wild Bear Tavern is a short drive by carpool, in Pigeon Forge.  It is close to the Gatlinburg end of Pigeon Forge, so traffic will not be terrible.  You are encouraged to look it up on the internet.

The Wild Bear Tavern is known for great German food and has a wide selection of beverages.  We will have a private room for our group. 

There will be a limited menu of three main courses from which to choose, served with a choice of  Side, plus tea, etc.

Chicken Bratwurst

A lighter alternative Bratwurst topped with Sweet and Sour Red cabbage or sauerkraut on a soft Pretzel Roll

served with Caesar or Garden Salad and choice of side

 

Jägerschnitzel

  Seasoned boneless pork cutlet breaded and lightly fried and topped with rich brown mushroom gravy.

 

Rahmschnitzel

Seasoned boneless pork cutlet breaded and lightly fried and topped with a rich white mushroom gravy.

We will be car pooling from our hotel to this location.
It is 6 miles from hotel to Wild Bear Tavern, but the traffic on the 
Parkway can be very heavy in towns.
We will be getting a private room. There will be a $3 service charge per person which we are trying to include in your payment.
We will have a limited item menu.  We are working to increase the payment you have already made for The Ship Pub so it will cover food, room charge, tax and gratuity.  You will be responsible for your own beer and drinks bill.
