Dixie Lee Litton

I taught in the EMT-Paramedic program at HCC for 16 years. I was a short term missionary for 17 years for BMDMI. I was commissioned as a full term missionary in 2000 for the country of Honduras. I lived in Costa Rica in 2002-2003 and attended the Spanish language Institute in San Jose. I have had the opportunity to travel to Honduras, El Salvador, Panama, Costa Rica, Belize and other places. I have traveled on a "zip" line 500 feet above the rain forest of Monteverde and have seen many wonderful sites. Now I work in the ER at CMMC in Jackson. The best part of my life is my "Grands"

After graduating from Cleveland, I attended Hinds Community College and was a Hi-Stepper. I attended Mississippi College. I took my emergency Medical training at the State Fire Academy and two years later was the Technical Instructor for the EMT-Paramedic program for HCC. I am now an RN working in the ER and a Medical Missionary for Central America.
