Robins Air Force Base is located in middle Georgia, 100 miles south of Atlanta and 16 miles south of Macon.

Robins AFB is the largest industrial complex in Georgia. The base covers more than 6,934 acres, including Georgia’s largest runway. The runway is 12,000 feet long by 300 feet wide with two 1,000 foot overruns.

Warner Robins Air Logistics Center, the host unit at Robins Air Force Base along with the 78th Air Base Wing and more than 60 other units contribute affordable combat superiority, readiness, and sustainability to the Air Force war fighting team.

Take Exit # 144 and #146 off I-75 to over 105 restaurant, 1893 hotel rooms, shopping centers, and several golf facilities offering championship golf holes.

To experience “Planes, Heroes, and Legends... the rest is history,” be sure to visit the Museum of Aviation in Warner Robins,. The Museum of Aviation has grown to become the second largest museum in the United States Air Force and the fourth most visited museum in the Department of Defense. The museums more than 200,000 square feet of exhibits include the TUSKEGEE AIR PIONEERS: AMERICA’S BLACK EAGLES; THE FOOTSTEPS OF GIANTS featuring President Jimmy Carter, United Nations Ambassador Andrew Young, Congressman Carl Vinson, Senator Walter F. George, Senator Herman Talmadge and Senator Sam Nunn. The museum is also home to the National STEM Academy and the Georgia Aviation Hall of Fame honoring distinguished men and women who made significant contributions to aviation.

Travel trails through Warner Robins take you from the heart of the state to the mountains and the coast within a 150-mile radius of the city making it a hub. Interstates I-75 and I-16 are major entrances and convenient connections to anywhere in the state including the Andersonville Trail which is the National Memorial to all American POW’s. Georgia’s Peach Blossom Trail is here to experience and celebrate our state’s famous fruit and scenery; and Highways US 41 and 341 connect all the Historic Heartland cities.

Warner Robins only historic building the E.L. Greenway is home to the Welcome Center. Take a stroll on our campus to see how grocery shopping used to be in Mildred’s County Store, catch the train in the Caboose, learn about the history of Warner Robins in the Elberta Depot featuring exhibits of a railroad model train.

Museum Of Aviation
The Museum of Aviation is the second-largest aerospace museum of the United States Air Force. The museum is located just outside Robins AFB in Warner Robins, Georgia. The facility includes four large exhibits and houses 85 U.S. Air Force aircraft, missiles, cockpits and awarding-winning exhibits.

Southeast Region Little League
The Southeast Region is one of eight United States regions that currently send teams to the Little League World Series, the largest youth baseball competition in the world.

Museum of Aviation
The Museum of Aviation is situated on 51 acres next to Robins Air Force Base in Warner Robins, Georgia. The facility includes four large exhibit buildings which house some of the 85 historic U.S. Air Force aircraft, missiles, cockpits and award-winning exhibits.
