Germany, what memories. Spent first 3 year tour at Tempelhof in Berlin 1961-64 as a C-47A Crew Chief and last 4.5 year tour at Rhein Main 1978-83 before retiring.

Spent the month of May 2011 traveling around Germany trying to find all the old "Gasthauses" that we frequented for over 4 years. There's no going back. We were stationed there at the best of times.

I think you have the wrong Bob. I worked Job Control, C-130's and QC while at Rhein Main.
I never worked directly in Enroute. I was only in Okinawa for a couple months back in 1971.
