The 1967 Reunion was a blast! Take a look at photos from the Sip and Socialize Mixer, the Gift Dedication and Remembrance Ceremony, the Sharing our Journeys panel and the Elvis concert!

Take a look at the latest class letter, penned by Helen Cassoli O'Donnell '68.

Dear Classmates,

As we wrap up the 50th anniversary celebration of our UM senior year, graduation, and move into the workforce, I wanted to share a summary of our fun reunion activities and reunion projects.

We Celebrated and reconnected with friends and classmates. Log in and keep connected. Highlights on our Class of ’67 website.

  • Homecoming gatherings in Fall of ’16 and ’17
  • Photo gallery of our June ’17 Class Reunion with events including Friday gathering with “Elvis in the building and taking care of business” performance; Old Chapel program and photo op with the UM Mace, our class gift; very moving remembrance tribute to our Class of ’67 Vietnam Conflict Vets; panel discussions about how “Classmates moved from then to now”; and wrapping up with an energizing Sat. sing along with the talented John Morgan.
  • 4 issues of our former Reunion Collegian

We Collaborated with the UM History Dept. to collect classmate Oral Histories and fund the online UM Special Collections exhibit, “Class of ’67 Memorials and Monuments Tour” Scroll down the attached link and take the tout!

We Contributed and Continue our proud legacy of giving back.  In the afterglow of reunion festivities, our class has a little unfinished business.  As you make your annual donation to UM this year, please consider directing some of your donation to our Class of ’67 gift. Although we had continued our Class Legends Campaign, our primary class gift campaign is raising $179,000* to name the Lobby of the beautifully renovated Old Chapel to honor Professor George Richason, Jr, Distinguished Teacher Award honoree, who proudly carried the UM Mace, our class gift, at graduation for many decades. Giving details and link on our Class of ’67 webpage or  or

Over the years,, in addition to target department and university projects, our class has donated over $300,000 annually to the University.I know that together we can fund our class giftProfessor George Richason, Jr.

Wishing you all well and THANK YOU for your support.
