Sorry, I don't get on here. as often as I should. For anyone, who didn't already know, I ruptured my L4/L5 disc again, and had my third back surgery in 2012.  I decided to file for SS Disability, and was awarded a few weeks later. So, I am retired.

I spent nearly a 1/2 hour at Richard Finke's visitation on Sunday at Bethel Church, talking over 'days gone by', with Dick & Pat. It was very enjoyable, seeing two of my best friends. It's too bad, it took such a sad ocassion, to get all three of us together again. Pat is retired now, also. So, we are just waiting on Dick, to join us in our rocking chairs !

I saw Dan Roark standing at the front of the church, when I first walked in. I was not able to get up there to talk to him, but I am here to report, he just never ages. Still, the youngest looking of all of us.

Congratulations to our classmate, Sandy Yenne, on being named Bicknell's "woman of the year". Sandy is very deserving for all of the volunteer work she does to help others. Sandy can be seen as one of the leaders in the Labor Day parade in Bicknell on Monday.

Very sorry to read this morning of Jeff Siewers passing.  I never knew Jeff well, but he always seemed like a very nice person.  It has been 4 years since we lost a classmate as far as I know.  I imagine that is unusual for our age group.

You are welcome Ruth.  Thanks for all of your hard work.  It would be nice to have one at 50.  I have made it so that classmates can post pictures on the "46th Reunion" page.  If anyone has some pictures that are good, please post them.  I have made it so that I have to approve them, but should not be a problem.  Good seeing everyone.
