Went to a business school in Phx for Data input plus. Also held a Real Estate Lic in AZ for several yrs. Trained to be a CNA with the intent of becoming a nurse. Never panned out. The rest of my learning experiences was what life has to offer.

I have no real career to speak of. When I want something extra that wasn't in the budget I got a job. My main occupation was raising my children. Between husbands I went to work tending bar and waiting tables as a cocktail waitress. I made great money doing that. Went to work for Temp agencies. In AZ I landed a job as a receptionist at an Adult golfing Community Development. I wound up doing everything the Administrative Asst. Didn't want to do. Spent several days with Dick Van Patten, who was the spokesman for Westbrook Village. Went on to work at Happy Trails RV park and met Roy Rogers who was their spokesman. Went into banking At Western Saving and Loan. Then went on to be office mgr for PT office and Chriopractor's office. Went back into banking in Seattle. Temp work in Las Vegas until I joined Laborers Union. Though that I became involved with the PAC groups. Hosted reporters for a Pres. Clinton Fund raising breakfast. Even had a picture taken with him. Also involved in an Al Gore fundraising function. Was a driver for the Sec. of Transportation. Quite the experiences. Ended up retiring after 5 yrs at the NV Test Site.

I just read about Mr. Ambrose..........That made me think of a couple school stories. 1) Driving with Mr. Ambrose around one of the lakes. He had his Track folders spread out all over the front seat and dash. Coming around a curve and a critter dashed out in front of us. Naturally I slammed on the brakes! You never saw so many papers fly every which way. AND you never saw a human being get so angry and not swear. Next time he told me to run over the dang thing. The day after Easter break when wearing my new beige Easter suit He requested that I practice changing a tire. Well I did it and never got a spec of dirt on my suit. I think I disappointed him.
Another memory was when my lab partner fainted when Mr. Caulfield insisted HE had to dissect the frog and not me. He didn't want to and I couldn't draw so we decided I would cut and he would draw. After he revived I cut and he drew. Worked out well that way.
