MARK YOUR CALENDERS!  FIRST THURSDAY OF EACH MONTH - DINNER WITH YOUR CLASSMATES. 

LOCATIONS AND TIME WILL BE DECIDED FOR EACH MONTH.  NEXT DINNER WILL BE MARCH 6, 2014 AT LUBY'S IN LAKE JACKSON AT 5:30 PM.   WE WILL ALSO BE DISCUSSING OUR UPCOMING 45TH REUNION.

I am planning on coming to the reunion.  I want to thank all the "locals" for your efforts in getting us wild thangs together.  I realize it is like trying to round up ants, but don't give up!

My wrench in the mix is this; I will be driving from Florida with a dog and luggage to stay at mom's for a month. She doesn't live nearby, so I will not have room in my car for required ice chest, chairs, etc. (sold my truck).  I will also not have a place to make anything in a crockpot.  Can we give a donation to the cause? I will bring a blanket to sit on and  leave my doggy in a motel if I can find one nearby.

So can someone answer some of these questions, especially the nearest, best place to stay and the donation idea?

I just heard Mike Moody died yesterday of a heart attack.  It  amazes me how many in our class are leaving us too young.  I know God has a plan for each of us and we must embrace His guidance and love.

I agree with some previous classmates that we are losing too many classmates too soon.  I took the time today to read each one of the memory pages of the ones lost.  It was sad but also made me feel proud that they were all part of my BHS family.  They had done so much with their lives.  I began to think how blessed the world has been because they were in it.  Thank all of you for blessing my life and touching others on your way.  We don't know when we will go so make it count.  Love ya BHS family.

Several of us From Class of 68 will be going to New Braunfels on Sept. 20-21st to tube the Comal River  Any of you darlings want to join us please let me know!  We can go tubing then have a nice dinner somewhere!  Jabber a lot and maybe lie a little!  hahahaha!
