Robert J. Wright
1941-2019
Robert's death was reported by a former Class of 59 RHS classmate that Robert had passed away in 2019. It was further reported through Robert's son Kevin, as well as the Skil Nursing Home, that he died in 2019.
There is no obituary that is known, although there was a request to a family member for one we could include in the Redford 1959 In Memory. May Robert Rest In Peace. Please post any further information below as to further information you may have as well as any memories you may wish to share.

I will never forget Robert Wright! In 4th grade, the teacher said to me, "except for Robert Wright, you're the best reader in the class"! He was brilliant, and we all knew it, so I was thrilled to be second in line. Still remember it to this day.
Dennis Bartleman
Bob and I had a special relationship. We had been raised in the same downtown church and when I transferred to Burt school in the 8th grade Bob was the only person I knew. We distantly kept in touch and our lives intersected again in later years as Bob's health deteriorated and we discovered some mutual friends. Though we led very different lives, our common secular humanist beliefs resulted in some great conversations those last few years. I really miss him.
