Sue lived on the next street over from me growing up.  She was always someone who could brighten your day just with her smile.  After I married and moved away from Florissant at age 18, we lost touch.  Then miraculously, two years before she died I found her on Facebook.  Me, Sue and Kathy Sebastion (Pugh) went out to lunch one day and I cried just being in her presence again.  It was then that I found out that she had cancer.

In a short time, she succumbed to this disease, but she LOVED the LORD with her whole heart, and I know, our goodbyes, aren't truly goodbyes, as we will meet again in Heaven.

I miss you Sue.  We mourn your passing, but rejoice in your new LIFE with JESUS.

It was such a blessing to meet so many Mark Twain alumni at the reunion yesterday (10 Aug 13) who knew my sister Sue.  Her joy and love for life was evident in each of you I had the pleasure to talk with.  Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful memories with me.  Sue's love for the Lord was her focus in her adult years--although she has entered into her heavenly rest, I know she would have had so much fun celebrating the 50th anniversary of the start of Mark Twain.  The message of God's grace and forgiveness in the theme of a memoir I wrote, and I know Sue would want you to read this story of "hope and a future".  She was such a help and sounding board to me as I was writing this true story.  You can read my book for FREE from a web browser by following the links at www.itwasoutoflove.com/home.  If you are in the St. Lous area, and you'd prefer the good old fashioned paperbook, send me a message--I would love to give you one as a gift.  Blessings!  Jim
