I'd bet there's just a list. I think registration is open until noon on Saturday. Doesn't give a lot of time for the good old USPS to get tickets delivered. (Most people don't realize that almost half the cost of a stamp is for long term storage expenses.)

Does anyone know how much it is to get into the game tonight? I'm spoiled at my school since faculty and family get in free. Just curious as to the going rate for Dodger games :)

Did anyone take lots of snapshots? It would be fun to see a "photo gallery." Please, no topless photos of Dan, though.

I'm with Jeff.... I can't wait to see some pictures, and to hear all about the weekend!!!

Holy crap. What a weekend. Indeed, it was amazing, surreal, and overwhelming seeing everyone. I'm so glad I went.

As for photos, yes there were a lot taken...

Kudos and thank you to all who were involved in organizing this - from the website to the dinner, it was wonderful and you all deserve a round of applause.

BTW - Kelly tells me that she's leaving this website up so we can still pester each other!!!!

In case anyone from an elementary other than Cooper was curious, this is the song we were singing Saturday night...

Arbor Day was started in 1872
When Nebraska skies were very very blue
To enrich and to conserve
The soil and moisture in the air (or everwhere? or here and there? I can't remember exactly)
And beautify the country in 1872

(Chorus)
We will dig the holes
And protect the trees with poles
Especially at Cooper
Where the kids are really SUPER!

Now Arbor Day is here this year
All across the nation
To celebrate this big event
We'll practice conservation
Planting trees at Cooper School
For future generations
And now that we have done our part
The other kids will try

(Chorus)
We will dig the holes
And protect the trees with poles
Especially at Cooper
Where the kids are really SUPER!

At Otho we sang songs about itsy bitsy spiders, and creepy school bus drivers, and ta ta tee tee ta and crap like that. Oh and Don Gato the Spanish Casanova cat...

oh senor Don Gato was a cat. on a high red roof Don Gato sat. He was there to read a letter, meow meow meow, where the reading light was better, meow meow meow. Twas a love note for Don Gato...

And this classic:

Kookaburra sits on the old Gum Tree. Merry Merry king of the bush is he. Laugh, Kookaburra. Laugh Kookaburra, gay your life must be.

Hey Chad, do you have time to see me next week? I need to discuss my childhood with you.

Jeffrey Allers

Well, isn't that special? :D We can all be thankful that the super Cooper kids properly protected every tree with poles so that those Senior High Drivers' Ed cars nearby would not run over them.

So, when can we see a photo gallery of the reunion on the web site? And thanks, Kelly, for leaving it here!

oooh, this is weird--Dan and I, separated by an ocean and 7 time zones, posted at the exact same moment (cue Twilight Zone theme)...

Hey Jeff!!!

Go to bed - it's late over there!

Ok, you posted TWICE at the exactly same time. I'm skeered now. Chad, can I have the time slot right after Dan so's we can discuss my phobias? :)

Dan, you must have also had Mrs. Zehr as a music teacher because all of those songs are VERY familiar (although the Arbor Day one is still my fav).

Jeff, don't worry, we will get some pictures up soon. I'm still trying to wake up though! I can't stay up til all hours of the night and not feel the effects like I used to do.

Hey Carolyn,
Her name was Mrs Johnson. And it was always about this time of year she started to play this creepy Halloween song on the piano during Music class...there were no words to it, but you could see skeletons and ghosts dancing in your head when you heard it. Always left me shuddering in fear.

And neither one of us would be tired had we not had out butts kicked in laser tag by Bill.

Hey guys... the web remains! :) I've updated the home page a bit (note the nostalgia) and added some pics to my profile for others to see. It was awesome seeing everyone as I had a great time. Needless to say I did so much talking that my throat's a little sore today!! Anyone else taking a long time to recover? It was also fun seeing Dan's band play!! Kudos to Dan! Thanks for all of your support and kind compliments. It really meant a lot! Maybe we'll have another one???

Kelley, We need a space/link, I know bad web lingo, where we can post pics of the reunion. Lynn and I had a fine time and lets do it in another 10years. It will probably take that long to recover, 2 nights out past 10pm damn

Hey, Dan, Don Gato was my favorite song from the "Otho years"-even though he died at the end-oh, wait, that's right...he came back to life, Don Gato.

Thanks. Now I got that song stuck in my head...

I was really bummed that I couldn't make it to the reunion this year. I would have really enjoyed seeing a lot of you. If anyone has pictures they could post for those of us that couldn't make it, that would be great to be able to see all the fun you had!!! Thanks!!

Anyone still up for trivia? Head to this website and take a fun fill in the blank lyric quiz then come back and post your scores. I ended up with 106.5 as my score and didn't even cheat! :)
