Sandra Elaine Jackson (Parisi)

I just posted a photo on my profile of a class from River Vale, 1st or 2nd grade, perhaps kindergarten from the Roberge School. I have many of the names, but need help with the rest. Any corrections will be happily received.

Carla asked me to post this "No, I haven't moved or have had anything bad happen to me. My computer finally died and I won't get my new one for a few days. Belated Thanksgiving wishes to all and hope to be in contact real soon." Gina

Greetings to each and every one of you. It's holiday-crunch time and we're all probably running in many directions. I just want to wish you all loving and beautiful holidays--whatever you celebrate. May you have many opportunities to be with those you love. What a year it has been with one of the very wonderful highlights being our reunion. I hope that 2010 brings good health and improved circumstances for everyone. xoxo Ginni

I don't have an extra one but I would show you mine if you could meet me in Washington DC the next time I come up there. Would that work? I come up for about a week every couple of months. Or perhaps someone else lives closer to you?

Hi Everybody!

I hope that you all are having a good winter wherever you are: snowboudn Mid-Atlantic or snow-starved Maine.

Happy Birthday to all of you February and March B-day people! We're not getting older; we're geting more finely tuned.

I have a broken-down yearbook you may look at to see the "real Indian" if you ever get up this way.

Just love this website; thank you to all of the creators and contributors.

Hi everyone!

My husband, Wayne and I just got back from a wonderful visit in Warrensburg, NY at Sandi Jackson Parisi's B&B.  Sandi and I had a great time, it's so beautiful there.  She's thinking of having a girls weekend in the spring.  It could be great fun.

The sad news of Jane Serbecks' passing was like a reality lightening bolt. I don't know where all the years went.

I wonder what happened to many of my classmates. Having a better long term memory than short term. I remember the little things that most didn't pick- up on. We call it trivia but being an artist, I always saw things out of the box so to speak.

I first met  Jane in the 7th grade through 8th at George G. White School in Hillsdale,NJ and  then in high school.

Jane was quiet and shy a lot like many of us. She was more reserved and always meticulously dressed. Her little cotton dresses were always freshly ironed, her socks were matching and folded down neatly, both at the same hight, shoes polished and always a smile on her face. I remember her hair flipping up at the ends which was the style back then. I'm saddened that I will never see her again at a reunion but I remember her well and always will. I was lucky to have known her. She will be missed by many.

Another sad loss from our classmate, Mimi Haefele Del Vecchio.

Husband, Tony, died of massive head injuries after a freaky fall off of the deck on December 2nd...three days before his 81st birthday.

It's always so sad to hear of the passing of friends such as Jane Serbeck recently.  And for you, Mimi,  our hearts go out to you as your life takes an abrupt turn.  Through this website, we can pass on to you our sincere and heartfelt sympathy and offer to you our love.  Now is the opportunity to stop in our tracks and remember with warmth and smiles all those wonderful years of our youth and our invulnerability.  This is a bittersweet moment for many of us.  Jane, if you're listening, we're thinking lovingly of you.  Sue Quist Jones

To all PVRHS  classmates, I want to say this.  Due to my wandering ways, I subscribe to 3 different high school sites.  PascackValley65.com is the best and most active of them all  Every visit brings back great memories.  Thanks to Clay, Joan, and everyone who contributes.
