Falelua Simeon Moi of Tacoma WA, died on June 6, 1996.

Cause of death: Accidental

Simeon served in the US Army

Survived By: Wife Elizabeth, Sons Gary, Eugene, Jackson, Marvin, daughter Rachelle Moi.
