I sure hate I am going to miss the Low Country Boil. You know I haven't been home since the reunion got to try to make it home for Thanksgiving. I've never gone a year without coming home. I have to get home soon. I hope that everyone can participate. Also, we all need to join the Alumni and I myself will do so real soon.

Good morning Classmates!

Yes Sylvia, that food at the Low Counry Boil is going to be delicious, not to mention just being able to meet and greet old friends and the go back to community once again.

Volunteers are needed so if you are able contact the center, the president or any member prior to Saturday and we can get the word to.

Also let me know tell you guys this. The Rhoda L Martin Center is being featured at the BLACK EXPO this year! Featuring the collection of 250 African American Bok collection.

Hello Everyone;

I hope that you remembered this past weekend as the one year anniversary of our class reunion and reflected on the many memories. With that in mind, Barbara, Sylvia and myself will be at it again very soon in preperation for the 2011 reunion. We hope that eveyone is as excited as we are about the next one and can't wait to get started. Now is a good time to locate those who were not a part for the first one and get them on board. Also, lets all try to update our profile pages by the end of the year and recommend to others that they do the same with new pictures and updated information.

I regret that i was not able to attend the low country boil. They cancelled the concert that i was attending at the Times-Union theatre so i didnt make it to Jacksonville. Will someone report on how it went?

FAMU homecoming is October 30th. Is anyone going to be in town for the weekend. My homecoming cook-out is Friday night October 29th.

Say reunion pep's, my wife and I went to the Tennessee/FAMU game last month, the game was well ok, but dang what happen to the flashly halftime band performance. I know we have lot of hbcu grads out there.

That's ok Edith, however, we are all for the crab boil/fish fry feast. My wife don't know how to get down with the crabs, she gotta be baby feed, but I must say she wears me out eveytime I'm home to drop down the whiting, and tilipia cajan style and all the sides.

We just love seafood.

My wife and I have crabs about every two weeks. The real stuff: crabs, sausage, potatoes, corn, shrimp and Koolaid! My wife makes the best and she has come up with her own dip. WE GET DOWN!

I am a seafood man since my dad was a commercial fisherman and we always had seafood in our house. My mom still have my family over for fish.

Sorry I haven't been on for a while, Football and homework my son Donovan! Gifted program made all A's this nine weeks. I am sorry but I must toot his horn because I am so proud of him. He's really a good kid and one to be proud of.
