Dorus "D.B." Blalock, Jr. of 555 Dixon School Road, Kings Mountain, NC, died on August 3, 2003 at Carolinas Medical Center, Charlotte, NC. He was a retired educator and guidance counselor from Kings Mountain High School and was son of the late Dorus Bentley and Annie Lauris Moss Blalock. He was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church, Kings Mountain, NC and served in the Korean Conflict.
Survivors: Sister, Annie Lou Talley, Gastonia,NC. Nieces; Lou Ann Harris, Jean Cloninger, Nancy Robinson, and Ginger Hood.
Interment: Bethlehem Baptist Church, 1117 Bethlehem Road, Kings Mountain, NC.
