Chuck from Kentuck - - what a guy. What a family! Retha and his family were (are) very close and his daughter told me if there was ever a man who was the perfect example of what a father should be - he was it. We walked to school together with a lot of kids from our neighborhood - and he was never anything but a gentleman. And he found the perfect lady, Retha, as his wife. I will miss my friend, Chuck, but have also gained a friend in Retha. I am setting up Fred's memorial similar to the beautiful one she did for her loving husband.

What a guy. I remember as if it were yesterday....The smile, the size, and the teddy bear he always was.
We lost a true friend. I was in contact with him until he passed.
His wife Retha is a wonderful person.
God bless Retha and Family.
Chuck, I know we will meet again. Until then rest in peace.
