Danny was my wonderful brother and friend. Life was short for him, but he taught all who knew him to keep dreaming. After the 3rd grade he had to be home-schooled because he was confined to a wheel chair from Muscular Dystrophy. Danny didn't come back to public school until his senior year when Bob Gregory (Danny's angel) talked him into it. The high school was somewhat handicap accessible so his wheelchair could get from class to class. He loved going on the senior picnic and out in the boat with the guys. (Thanks Murf and Bill and I'm sure several others.) Being picked for Honor Society made him very proud. Thank you class of '63.
He is in a better place now with all his family (except me) and I miss him very much.
