NOTE:  All students attending must agree to the terms of the
‘Class of 2020 Senior Class Graduation Party Agreement’ and must have a signed Agreement on file with the Event Coordination Staff by May, 15, 2020* (June 9, 2020 for students who will be 18 by Graduation). 

Emergency Care Plans (ECP) are required to be on hand with the Event Coordination Staff by May 15th, 2020.  These forms are required only if the student has a Life-Threatening Food Allergy.
