All I can say is WOW!!!!!!! I can't say this was the best reunion for me because it was my first, but guaranteed, if I have my way, it will NOT be my last! What an awesome time we had and there was not one thing I would have changed about it. The hotel was wonderful. The staff was great and so helpful; and the food was out of sight. If you missed it, you don't want to miss future ones. It was a tremendous blessing to be able to be there and renew friendships from 50 years ago. Jim and his committee just did a magnificent job for all of us and I don't know how to thank them or repay them for all they did for us. It was one of the best times I have had in years and so much fun for all who attended. The video that Jim put together for us of all the hang out spots and old times was great! I didn't get to hang out, lived too far, had no transportation, and worked after school, but the Milk Bar had to be the place to be! All the other spots shown on the video were interesting too. Kudos for that added bit of fun.

Thank you for ALL YOUR HARD WORK! Blessings too!

Terri

To the Reunion Committee:

I want to express a heartfelt thank you for all the effort that each of you put into making the 50th Reunion the great success that it was.

Having attended two reunions now, the 45th and the 50th, I am very appreciative of the opportunity to have reconnected with many classmates.  Looking back from the perspective of a half century later, the years at Largo High School were some of the very best of my life, and the reunions were an excellent reminder of that.

Thank you again.

Sincerely,

Dwight Finkel

To my classmates and especially to the reunion committee,

I'm still thinking about our reunion, over a week later!  This was definitely my favorite .  I would be happy if we had a reunionI ever year, although I know the  committee members won't recover for  a while.  I agree that the hotel and the food and our DJ were great.   It was very well done.

Someone told me that the 50th reunion is the best because people  have gotten over trying to impress each other.  We're just glad to still be alive and able to reconnect with old friends.

I would like to keep this web site, (or maybe a Facebook page?)  I would be happy to contribute to keep it going.

If anyone comes to Austin, please look me up.  I love giving tours of  my home town.

Thanks for the "wake-up call Jimmy". The perpetrator of this scam was able to erase all of my emails as well as send everyone of them the stupid story. Anyone who actually knows me would not have fallen for it. I would not have taken "my Family" "Only Bua" to Manila.  And I am about as "Street wise" as they come. One friend of mine actually played around with this guy, Emails back aqnd forth. He really did not know how Western Union works. So I have managed to get my Yahoon and Gmail accounts back and running. I do not know how he hacked in, but he was working with 2 IP addresses, 1 in Dallas and 1 in LA. This shows that he did have a partner to help him work through thousands of emails. Yes back when I was in Real Estate I would save every email address and at times I would use3 them to "Spam" and send Ads on my Properties to someone on the list. So that is my story. Stay tuned for more action updates as I am moving to Panama, for my next chapter. Ralph
