I hate to post more bad news but I thought everyone would want to know that Billy's brother Henry passed away this morning.
He had gone in the hospital with a mini stroke and was doing good right now they dont know what happened.
Edd I think Bambi is fairly safe with you and Albert in the woods. I hope everyone didn't eat as much as i did today. I will have to cut back the rest of the weekend.

Billy, I am so very sorry to hear the news about Henry.  Lauren just let me know on FaceBook -- I feel so badly for all of you -- I just can't imagine what the girls must be going through with losing Henry so soon after losing Inez.  My thoughts and prayers are with you all.  Take care!

Billy I am so sorry about Henry.  I didn't know he had a stroke.  I am keeping you in my prayers.  Buddy said tell you he is so sorry about Henry.  He and Henry were in the same grade in school.  You are also cousins.  I just found out tonight and I figured all the arrangements have been made and are over.  Please forgive us for not being there for you.

Does anyone read the articals on what happened on this day in history.
There is a video today of a studebaker daytona lark wagon. It was far ahead of its time
Probably the reason Studebaker went out of business. I was wondering if anyone
has seen a car like the one in the video. I have gone to a lot of car shows but i have never seen one of these.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone.  I'm writing this on Christmas Day, the birthday of our Savior.  Thank goodness we have Him to lean on during our illnesses, our loses, and also our happy celebrations.  My Christmas wish is that we all will be blessed by His presence all the time.  Have a great and prosperous 2012.  Jane

Well I guess there is nothing much going on these days. It sure was nice today with the sun out for a change and the temp at almost 70. I'm skipping the Presidents state of the union tonight, just don't care to hear anymore about how the rich don't pay enough taxes. He had two years of complete control and could have restructured the tax system so everyone paid the same or even passed the fair tax. Hey I hope everyone in ga is planning to vote no on the T-SPLOST. Well enough politics for now.
I hope everyone is starting off the new year in good health. I have run into a few classmates recently it was good to see them.
Anyone out there got any news to report. Have a good week.

Hello everyone! Eleanor and I took the weekend off from any kind of work and went to the camper show in Atlanta with Debbie and Joel. We had lots of fun Joel kept us laughing all day. We went to Church this morning and Travis and Peggys two granddaughters Laney and Ally sang a duet for us. They were great. I was not sitting where I could see Peggy or Travis but I'm sure they were beaming with pride. I'm sure Peggy says they took after her.
Everyone have a good week. Later

Thank you Warren.  I didn't know whether to cry with joy or keep smiling.  We were so proud of them.  We had been out of town with Chuck and Joni and their girls and Laney and Ally decided to surprise us and sing.  I have to admit they get their music talents from their Poppa.  All their other talents are from me!!!!  Ally and Claire are playing basketball this year.  We have enjoyed watching them.  Grandchildren will make you do some crazy things, but  isn't it FUN!!!

Hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful weather!!  We need to get together some time.  We saw Tim and Ethel at the auction  last weekend.  Maybe we could meet there one Friday or Saturday night.

Just heard at Church tonight that Lee Bridges Turner passed away.  She is Allen's sister.  Our sympathy is extended to Allen and his family.

I have not seen Jimmie Lee in years, but she has always been special to me.  I can remember her well when she was in high school and also when she came back to OCHS to teach.  We have lost another part of our youth.

So very sorry to hear that Jimmie Lee Bridges Turner had passed away.  She was an awesome music mentor to me.  Prayers and heartfelt thoughts are being sent to Allen and his family.

Hey everyone. I heard through our church email that Gloria Gabriel's husband Gerry fell while cutting some limbs and broke both leggs. That's all I've heard if anyone else knows anything let us know. Also Joel Colquitt mother inlaw is in the hospital and not doing well. So please keep Joel and Debbie in your prays. On a good note most of you know Robert Mathews has struggled with his weight for a few years. For the last year he has been loosing weight and is doing great. If any of you get a chance to call him and congratulate him I'm sure he would be glad to hear from you. I'm so glad spring is almost here and the time changes in a couple of weeks. Have a good week.
