Rich Wissler passed on Sept, 3, 2010.   His obituary follows below.

WISSLER Richard T. Wissler, age 59, died Friday, September 3, 2010, at his home. Retired from Ohio Public Employees Deferred Compensation Program. Attended Marion Catholic High School. Graduate of Ohio University. Received an MPA from The Ohio State University. Preceded in death by father John Wissler. Survived by wife, Joanne Rauschenbach Wissler; daughters, Claire and Nicole; mother, Doris of Marion, OH; sisters, Patricia (Richard) Crepeau of Winter Springs, FL and Mary Ann Morbitt of Marion, OH; brothers, Greg (Cheryl) Wissler of Windham, ME and Michael Wissler of Indianapolis, IN; mother-in-law, Eleanora Rauschenbach of Cleveland, OH; brothers-in-law, Richard and John (Sharon) Rauschenbach, all of Cleveland, OH, and James Rauschenbach of Hamden, CN; sisters-in-law, Janet (Curtis) Alberti and Lenor (Thomas) Peyton, all of Akron; numerous nieces and nephews.
