Would someone please post some pictures of the reunion for those of us who were unable to attend. It would be greatly appreciated. I want to see what a good time I missed!

I called the photographer yesterday and he said the reunion books were sent out USPO 4th class on July 17th and that the post office said that it  can take from 3-5 weeks to be delivered.
As of today I haven’t received mine either.

Hello Classmates,

I have received my photos but no memory book as of today 8-8-2014.  If you go to the photographers web site you can see group photos he has posted just click onto Napa High 50th reunion button.  The individual pics are in the book which you can still order on his web site....www.swentowskyphotography.com

Our committee is very sorry for the delay in the delivery of the memory books.

Another day, no memory book.  The committee did a wonderful job with the reunion, but who thought 4th class mail was good enough.  I suspect that most of us Indians would have been willing to pay more.

Ok, Cissy, pass some of those "Memory Books" around.  ;)

Can you tell us when, Janice?

Hey, Dave Johnson, how about using your creative juices to generate a U.S. map of where the memory books have been received and we could sleuth our way backward to figure out where they sitting in a mail processing location.

A change of subject, has anyone heard from Dennis Kleid, the Hawaiian Islands have been hit by a hurricane and they  are going to be hit by another hurricane and the damage could be substantial? Having survived a typhoon at sea and on land I can tell you the winds, the rain, and mud slides can be devastating.

Diane Raymond (Ball)

Hi Brian,

Haven't heard anything about Dennis, but have heard from Homer Wade and he is fine.  Just a little wind damage, I think, but the hurricane didn't pass through his area.

Dennis Kleid  lives in Kona on the Big Island.  Kona (leeward side) had neither wind nor rain.  Hurricane Iselle hit the Hilo side (windward side) pretty hard, mostly damaging the Puna District and the town of Pahoa.  The second hurricane, Julio, is north of the island chain.  I'm guessing but, most likely, Dennis is OK.

The yearbooks haven't made it to San Jose, either.  For the price, couldn't they afford first class?

Brian...et al..

My experience with the P.O. is that if they get a lot of heavy mail to deliver sometimes they dump it rather than have to carry it around. Especially 4th class mail.

Forget the book. I ordered a new memory. Obviously I haven't received that either.

I too am very upset to hear that our Memory books are mailed to us 4th class....just checked the order booklet and no where does it state that books will be mailed 4th class....

I've been reading this message forum often.  I'm in Wailea Maui. Some trees were down on the nearby golf course, but our location had a very tiny bit of rain, but no wind to speak of. Instead of a week of hurricanes we have sun and fun.

Now what am I to do with all this TP and bottled water? I have enough to last until the Cows come home, and we are in Wailea! Did COSTCO pay off the weatherman or did Pele the fire god save us?  http://imgur.com/eKweHpF

Dennis,

What to do with all that TP? Why not invite Dave Johnson over to spend some time with you. He is so full of s--t that you should be through that Costco pack in no time!!

Mark Brown

Costco rules !

David Johnson

Thanks for the complement Mr. Benning...just remember all of you waiting for your memory books...4th Class is better than no class at all.

Oh, send that TP to Sunny Acres Rest Home and Memory Center, Death Valley, CA
