Jerry Norton, 74, of Kearney, MO., passed away July 30, 2017. A visitation will be held Saturday, August 12, 2017 from 10-11:00 at Fry Bross & Spidle Funeral Home in Kearney, Missouri with a memorial service to follow directly after at 11:00.
Jerry was born in Kansas City, Missouri on March 3, 1943. He was a graduate of the class of ’61 from North Kansas City High School. He was a member of the Sheet Metal Local #2 and worked in sheet metal for forty years. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents and grandson, Grant. He is survived by his wife, Pat; daughters, Kelly, Sherry, Cindy, and their spouses; son, Troy and stepson, Patrick; seven grandchildren, and six great grandchildren. He is also survived by four sisters, two brothers, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the donor’s choice.

Jerry and I were good friends all through high school. He picked me up in his car and took me to school. He was Best Man in our wedding in 1964. Will miss him greatly.
