Diana Lea Webb (Erbe)

Diana L. Erbe, 77, passed away due to natural causes on October 26, 2020. While Diana was born in Missouri, she lived most of her adult life in the North Georgia area. She graduated College with a double major in History and Music from her beloved William Jewell College. Over the last 60 years, she thoroughly enjoyed singing sacred music in church choirs and most recently, with The Cobb Festival Chorus. She especially enjoyed touring Europe with The Cobb Festival Chorus; singing in some of Europe's most beautiful Cathedrals. She was an accomplished pianist and soloist as well. Music was a lifelong love of hers. Diana was a teacher, stay at home Mom and worked in the Planning Department at Lockheed Martin for 27 years. She had a keen interest in aircraft starting in childhood with her father Virgil; a military and commercial pilot. Diana was preceded in death by her husband, Kennth Erbe and her Father, Virgil Webb. She is survived by her Mother, Mary Jane Webb, Sister Cindy (Steve) Thomas, 3 children from her first marriage; Jane M. Strickland, Mike T. Unger (Marie), Heather Manigold (David) and 3 children from the Erbe Family, Eugene Erbe, Jerry Erbe and Cynthia Stirrat, as well as numerous grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date (TBD) in the Woodstock area. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to The Cobb Festival Chorus or Resurrection Anglican Church, Woodstock, GA.

Chris West, NKCHS '60, sent me this notification.  She and Chris dated in HS.  I fondly remember her and like many others this was the first I've heard in all those years since.
