Allan and I lived in the same neighborhood and graduated together in 1962. We left for US Air Force at the same time, but got separated in basic and technical training. I later was informed by my parents that after serving four years in the US Air Force, he married and settled down in (I believe) Texas or New Mexico and had a child. Sometime around 1976 or 1977 word came again about Allan and that he had contracted leukimia and had passed away. That's all I know about Allan.
