JAMES NAPPER OBITUARY

James D. Napper, 64, lifelong Northland resident, passed away Sunday, August 30, 2009, at the North Kansas City Hospital. He was born December 26, 1944, in Kansas City, Mo., to James R. and Kathryn Napper. He was a graduate of North Kansas City High School.

He spent all of his working years in the grocery business. The majority of those years with the A & P Grocery Stores and C & J Management. He was a member of the Retail Clerk Union in Kansas City.

He married Deborah Selle on July 7, 1987. She survives of the home. Additional survivors include a son, James F. Napper and wife Melissa of Blue Springs, Mo.; three daughters, Rebecca McDougal of North Kansas City, Cindy Clevenger-Pumphrey and husband Bryan of Kansas City, Mo., and Mitzy Rogers of Kansas City, Mo.; 11 grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
